This Privacy Policy describes what personal information users of the Quick Replies application developed by METROMEDYA may share and how it will be used. We agree to respect and comply with the fundamental legal rights of users to protect the privacy of their data. Quick Replies attaches great importance to the security and protection of our users' personal information. By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Installation and Use

When you set up and use Quick Replies, we don't host any of your data on remote servers. Quick Replies does not require an internet connection. Your message templates are stored only on your device and can only be reviewed by you.

2. Data Collection and Use

We do not collect or store any of your data. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Usage analytics (see Firebase Privacy Policy)

• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reports for app stability improvement

• RevenueCat: Subscription management (see RevenueCat Privacy Policy)

3. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

4. Tracking and Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use cookies explicitly.

5. Subscription Details

Quick Replies offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase

• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan

• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable

• Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account Settings

6. Third-Party Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase as a third-party analytics tool.

7. Third-Party Advertisements

We do not display third-party advertisements in the Quick Replies app.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect the information in the Quick Replies app. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of your device or the Quick Replies app.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be located at quickreplies.app/privacy. If we make changes to this policy that we believe will have a material adverse effect on you, we will provide you with notice prior to the change taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Quick Replies app after those changes become effective, you agree to the revised policy.
